Fish is best when simply presented.
Ingredients
- 4x 150 gram medium-textured fish fillets
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 200 grams snow peas
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 1 red pepper, finely sliced
- sesame seeds to coat
- soy, oyster or hoisin sauce to accompany
- egg noodles for 4
Method
- Marinate fish fillets in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat a dash of oil in a frying pan and stir fry snow peas, spring onions and red pepper until crisp and tender; set aside.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and sprinkle liberally with sesame seeds.
- Pan fry the fillets in the hot frying pan for 6-7 minutes, turning once.
- Serve the fish with the stir-fried vegetables, drizzled with soy, oyster or hoisin sauce and accompanied by the freshly cooked egg noodes.
