Ingredients
- 4-6 steaks for the BBQ
- 2 tablespoons sundried tomato pesto
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 2 tablespoons oil
Method
- Trim any excess fat from the meat.
- In a large bowl, blend together the tomato pesto, red wine and oil. Add the beef and turn to coat.
- Cover, refrigerate and leave to marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Brush excess marinade off the meat then grill or barbecue over a moderately high heat until cooked to your liking. Serve with salad or vegetables.
