Quick Fruit Crumble

This quick and easy dessert is popular with pretty much everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tins of fruit
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 100 grams melted butter

Method

  1. Combine melted butter with dry ingredients.
  2. Add fruit to cooking dish and top with crumble.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Cooks Tips

Many fruits are suitable for this recipe - apples, peaches, pears, blackberries, rhubarb are all good candidates for crumble!
