Ingredients
- ¼ cup brandy
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp custard powder
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup sugar
Method
- In a saucepan heat together the brandy, cream and half the milk. Mix the custard powder, egg, sugar and remaining milk together and stir quickly into the saucepan. Stir over a gently heat until thickened. Do not boil. Cool. Whisk before serving.
