Ingredients
- 12-16 medium-sized beetroot
- oil for cooking
- salt and freshlyg round black pepper
Method
- Place the beetroot in a baking dish and toss in oil.
- Fan bake at 200ºC (220ºC without fan) for 40-45 minutes until tender.
- Scrape off the wrinkled skin.
- Toss with plenty of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
