Ingredients
- 500 grams leg of lamb steaks
- 1 tablespoon crushed gourmet peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salad ingredients for 4
- ΒΌ cup of your favourite vinaigrette
Method
- Cut the leg of lamb steaks into long 2cm-side strips and place in a bowl with the peppercorns, oil and garlic. Toss to coat.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook the lamb over a moderately high heat for 4-5 minutes on the BBQ or in a frying pan until the lamb is still pink.
- Toss the lamb with salad ingredients and vinaigrette and serve immediately.
