Ingredients
- 1 aubergine, sliced and barbecued
- 2 large lamb steaks, finely sliced
- 1 red pepper, finely sliced
- 1 red onion, peeled and finely sliced
- 150 grams feta cheese, crumbled or, 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 quantity of Basic Pizza Dough (see separate recipe)
Method
- Arrange large rings of cooked aubergine on top of the pizza dough. Scatter over the lamb steaks, pepper slices, sliced onion and a little feta or mozzarella cheese. Garnish with oregano and season well with salt and pepper.
