I've prepared tis refreshing Spanish summer wine punch with rose as it's normally made with red wine. It's a delightful drink to kick start a festive gathering with.

Ingredients

• 750 ml bottle of rose wine
• 500 ml (2 cups) soda water
• 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
• ¼ - 1/2 cup Cointreau or Grand Marnier
• 2 cups chopped fresh fruit such as cherries, watermelon and strawberries
• 2 limes, sliced
• ice

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together with plenty of crushed ice and serve well-chilled.
