Ingredients
- ½ cup cream
- 125 grams dark chocolate
- 24 mini pre-made meringue nests
Method
- Put the cream and chocolate into a microwave-proof bowl. Heat on high power (100%) for 2 minutes. Stir to make the chocolate a smooth sauce.
- Refrigerate until thick.
- Fill or pipe the thick chocolate cream (ganache) into the centre of the meringue nests.
- Dust with icing sugar, if wished, before serving.
Cooks Tips
Variation - Use the filling to join 2 small meringues together.
