Quick and easy and the whole family will enjoy!
Ingredients
- 500 grams minced chicken
- 250 gram tub falafel mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tblsp toasted cumin seeds
- 1 tblsp ground coriander
- 2-3 tblsp chopped fresh coriander
Method
- Mix together the minced chicken and falafel mix with the egg, toasted cumin seeds, ground coriander, fresh coriander and season with salt and pepper.
- Mould tablespoonful amounts into small patties and cook in a little olive oil in a medium-hot frying pan for about 8 minutes, turning once.
- Serve the chicken falafels in toasted pita pockets with salad greens and slices of rock melon. Serve the burgers with a spoonful of your favourite mayonnaise.
