Oh so decadent and oh so delicious, this creamed rice, prepared using rice flour is an ideal milk pud to have regularly with fruits when made with milk. Made with cream for a picnic adds a very special finish to a delicious evening.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cream
- 1 tsp cardamom seeds
- ½-1 cup icing sugar
- 3 tblsp rice flour
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring gently to the boil, stirring all the time. Once thick, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
