Perfect for a nibble with a difference.
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- juice of 1 lemon
- about 6-8 rashers streaky bacon
- ½ cup Mango Chutney (Indian style)
- 2 tblsp sour cream
Method
- Peel the bananas and cut into 2cm pieces. Toss in lemon juice.
- Stretch each rasher of bacon with the back of a knife then cut into thirds. Use to wrap around each banana slice.
- Grill under a very high heat for 2-3 minutes, long enough to cook the bacon.
- Blend the mango chutney and sour cream together and serve as a dip on the side.
