There are plenty of variations for these simple tarts for example try passionfruit pulp (fresh or bottled).
Ingredients
- ½ cup mascarpone or creme fraiche
- ½ cup lemon honey (lemon curd)
- 16 prepared baby sweet tartlets
- 200 grams raspberries and or blueberriesraspberries and or blueberries
- icing sugar for dusting
Method
- Mix the mascarpone or creme fraiche with the lemon honey or curd.
- Fill each tartlet case to the top with some of the mixture.
- Top each tartlet with raspberries/blueberries and dust with icing sugar just before serving.
- Tartlets can be served immediately, or can be refrigerated up to two hours before serving.
