Savoury muffins to tempt the taste buds.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp each salt, paprika and pepper
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tblsp chopped fresh dill
- 50 grams butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
Method
- Sift the flour and spices into a bowl. Mix in the cheese and dill and make a well in the centre.
- Mix the butter, egg and milk together and pour into the well of the dry ingredients.
- Divide the mixture amoung 12 well-greasted muffin tins.
- Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until hot and golden.
