Pork, chicken, fish or shellfish will be enhanced with this herb marinade. The quantity is sufficient for six pieces.
Ingredients
- 1 tblsp chipped chervil
- 1 tblsp chopped chives
- 3 tblsp chopped parsley
- 1 tblsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 3-4 tblsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- In a resealable bag put the parsley, chives, tarragon and oil.
- Add your preferred meat and toss well to coat. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cooking on a well-oiled barbecue.
